EasySite™ Form Builder module lets non-technical authors create online forms that can be used and re-used across your site. Using a simple drag and drop interface, the user can add elements to a form such as:

- Legends
Once the form has been created, you can use it on any number of website pages and for each one you can define which users you would like the responses to be sent to. To keep control of your feedback, EasySite™ CMS also stores the responses within a database that can be download into your favourite tool for further data analysis.
