EasySite Translation Workflow

EasySite provides powerful and adaptable workflow solutions to facilitate the translation of content and authoring by many different groups.

Central authors create site content using EasySite CMS.

Content approval is given by groups defined in the workflow rules.

EasySite publishes approved central content and pushes it through to regional sites. A notification email is automatically sent to specified translation team.

Local Translation

EasySite automatically creates the required language variants for translators to populate.

Translation workflow then allows for the translated content to be approved by various groups. At any stage of the workflow the content can be pushed back to the previous group for revision.
Once final approval is granted, EasySite publishes the page either instantly or as defined by Go Live scheduling. All pages are independent allowing publishing when they are ready, regardless of other languages in the workflow.
